So, we've talked about TV and movies but what about music? Who do you all enjoy listening to? I'm always listening to: Take That, David Bowie, Billy Idol, Spandau Ballet, Kane, Ant and Dec, Eric Saade, Wham, Harry Connick Jr, ABC, Bananarama, Pat Benatar, Whitesnake, Bangles, The Carpenters, The Beatles, Generation X. I love 80's music, as it's my childhood era, so I also have a lot of 80's pop and rock on my i-Pod. I was so ecstatic at hearing David Bowie's new song this week! It was such a big shock because we'd all thought he'd quietly retired and wouldn't record again. I was almost moved to tears when I heard "Where are we now", it's such a lovely song. I've been a huge Bowie fan since I was kid and his silence for the past 9 years has been far too deafening!! Bowie's back!!!!!

I am more of movie soundtracks girl. I keep listening to Doctor Who soundtracks, also movie soundtracks The Fountain, Dragonheart, How to train your dragon etc. AS for "normal" music, I like Bryan Adams (I have been his fan since I was 13), and I am a fan of a weird multi-genre rock/classic music/opera sort of style. That´s why I like Nightwish. Also, I fell for "The Piano Guys". Find them on youtube, they are fantastic. I also like musicals but I don´t have a special favourite and I HATE Glee so I am a little strange with my musical choices

I love the Doctor Who soundtracks. Murray Gold is a musical genius! I love the Doomsday score, such a powerful and moving piece of music. I also love the Song of Freedom.

I grew up liking a lot of music but living in the same house as my brother, ended up loving Metallica, Disturbed, system of a down, ac/dc, Nickelback, just different styles of rock really
