After the success of our previous birthday book projects, we have decided to continue with our annual project. David has enjoyed our previous books, as you can see by reading his responses below: 201520142013We know that his birthday isn’t until June but, for what we have planned, we need plenty of organisation time! Once again, we are hoping to create a birthday message book for David, containing as many messages from fans around the world as possible. We’re looking for simple birthday wishes, artwork or any other creativity that can be physically attached to a scrapbook. Your message must be in one of the following formats: Word doc, jpg, gif, png. If your contribution can’t be e-mailed, then please contact us for an address to send it to. Your submissions must be no larger than an A5 sized sheet of paper, as we would like to fit more than one message on each page of the book. Submissions must be in by 21st April. This will allow us the time to put all your messages together, ready to be posted off to David during the last week of May. To send your message, just attach it to an e-mail or write it within the e-mail itself, with the subject line “ David Birthday Book Submission“. Our e-mail address is: teamgiuntoli@hotmail.co.uk

This is just a little courtesy note to let you all know that David’s Birthday book has now started its long journey to Los Angeles. I’d like to thank everyone that submitted a message for the book this year and I hope that you will take part in next year's project, whatever form it may take. Photographs have been taken of the finished book and they will be shared with you once David has seen the book first.
