Watched Turn the Beat Around for the first time today. Better late than never, I always say! lol I really enjoyed it, though. What did you all think?

I actually like that movie. Usually not my kind of stuff but ... don't know why but I really enjoy it to watch it from time to time . Did you buy the DVD or was it on TV? I'm asking because when you have the DVD you really should check out the Deleted scenes. They have cut out so much of David's scenes!

I hired the DVD from Lovefilm.com. I know what you mean about dance type films, with the exception of Dirty Dancing and Strictly Ballroom, they're not normally my kind of thing either. To be honest, though, it didn't seem to be overly dominated by the dancing, it mostly focussed on the story. It'll definitely be one I'll watch again. Also, kudos to whoever was in charge of wardrobe......David looked sharp!!!

Oh yezzzz! I really loved this white jacket *thud* or this complete white outfit in the "birthday"-scenes. The only problem I have is *again* the dubbing, but that's not your problem. My, I'm so glad that the movie was released on DVD and I can change there from "German dubbing" to "original" - horrible! *shivers*

I have to say I love David's voice. I'm a sort of a ... voice-person, if you get what I mean. The first time I heard David's voice it was ... my! This guy could read a phone-book and I would listen with this idiotic grin in my face

Have you seen the movie? If you can get hold of a copy then I recommend it completely. It's great seeing David in different roles.
